Overall, a good stay and we enjoyed our time. However, here's a few things:
1. Vertical blinds for the sliding glass doors in both the living room AND the main bedroom leading to patio are in MAJOR need of replacement. We placed a blanket over the one in the bedroom so no one could see inside while we're sleeping or changing clothes.
2. The regular door leading from the master bathroom to the patio needs the little window replaced as it did not lock. Definite safety hazard.
3. Kitchen needs to be sprayed for tiny ants that appeared when we had food on the counter near the sink.

Great place to stay with Family! Overall cleanliness was good. Did find some hairs in a couple beds, under the comforters, and the showers, on walls and drains. Check in was easy and checkout is a breeze. Private pool that backs up to a fence. 15-20 minutes away from the parks and located in a gated community, Lake Berkley Resort. Would stay here again. Cleaning crew needs to pay a little more attention to detail.

Beautiful home just as pictured. We did not have Wi-Fi for the first day and half which was disappointing. Two of the TV's didn't work they just wouldn't turn on. The pool was dirty so we didn't get to enjoy it. One of the restrooms for the kids wouldn't drain so we didn't get to use it. 3 bathrooms would have been good. They say they allow pets but when you check in with they gate they have a no pet policy so we felt we had to hide our pup for the stay which was stressful in itself. Check out was supposed to be at 10:00am the cleaning company was outside by 9:30am waiting which made me feel rushed. Besides those little flaw the house was good. If we don't have a pet would definitely rent again.
