There's a lovely, fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. The Dining Area for two enjoys a high top table. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The condo is just as described. It was a seamless check in, we received the door code well in advance with no issues getting into condo. The condo was ready and very clean when arrived. Everything was comfortable and really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and beach! There was a couple nice beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that was a big plus! Would definitely stay again!

The condo itself was very nice, clean (except for a few dirty cooking pans), and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I’d change about the condo is the amount of furniture. Maybe take out one of the chairs and marble side table and replace all the patio furniture with two high top Adirondack chairs(a much more comfortable high chair so you can see the view-none of the patio furniture is really comfortable or functional imo). It’s a small space and just felt a little crowded.
The rating is reflecting more the managing company and the experience. I found it odd to pay VRBO the initial deposit and the remaining balance outside of VRBO and they charge you a 3.5% fee for using a card. They also want you to send in a copy of your ID via an email to them. Odd. They called me 2 days before the trip, said they’d be painting and we wouldn’t have access to the balcony for half our trip. The windows would be tarped so we couldn’t see outside and that they’d moved all the patio furniture inside. (Remember what I said about it being a small space already?). Long story short they didn’t end up painting so she said they’d move the patio furniture back outside. They didn’t. We had to. A couple days later she called to say the owner scheduled an insurance adjuster to come look at the condo. He didn’t show up. So we were movers, plumbers, and house sitters for this management company I guess. It was all very odd. Wouldn’t recommend
