Watch beautiful sunsets, dolphins, and enjoy the gulf view right from the condo's balcony. Directly on the beach, only a few steps to the sand. Listen to the waves while you sleep at night.
Condo has been remodeled after Hurricane Ian (Sept of 2023). We have almost fully remodeled the entire unit with updates that include:
Brand new luxury vinyl floor, brand new furniture, including king size bed. Remodeled kitchen with new countertops & layout. New kitchen table & chairs, new refrigerator. New bathroom sink & vanity. New, comfortable glider chairs on the balcony! Perfect for enjoying the gulf view and sunsets! All brand new windows & sliding doors, new blinds. Hear the waves while you sleep!
Located on the southern side of Fort Myers Beach. Close to Bonita Springs, Lovers Key and just a quick trolley ride to the North end to visit Times Square.

The views to the northwest along the beach are the best on the island. And from the 12th floor you can see everything. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony every evening.

Loved out of time and will surely visit again. The unit was comfortable and clean and provide all the comforts of home that we needed. Truly was an outstanding host who was always put to respond if any We had prior to our visit. When we arrived The unit was exactly how described and we were not disappointed. The rental process was easy And we cannot say enough about the views From the unit..

My daughter and I stayed in this condo for a week and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything we needed was provided, the grounds are kept clean and getting more beautiful by the day.
I was especially grateful for a powerful blender that made my protein shakes perfectly. The glider chairs on the balcony are comfortable. There are books, puzzles and games in the cabinet.
The new 7-11 is convenient as well as the CVS store, both within walking distance.
My communication with the condo manager was prompt and she went the extra mile to make our last day there even better.
I hope to book this unit again in the next year.

On walking into apartment we could smell the cleanliness and could tell that is was properly sanitized.The apt though not large but we didn’t expect it to be ,it was exactly as described and pictured , space was totally used in very unique ways . When we arrived we were welcomed with chocolate , cold bottled water and a view that’s to die for! Morning coffee was amazing on the open balcony and evening wine was just as perfect. Owners were very responsive and welcoming and kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure we were good.We truly had everything we could want , sheets, towels , beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen was fully equipped . We walked to ice cream shop , restaurant and many other stores in the Santini plaza which was very convenient. The beach was a very short walk from the apt , ,the pool was clean and had nice lounge chairs to sunbath.Thank you Julie for a great stay and will definitely be back to stay.
