Enjoy a swim in the seasonal Fresno River with your own private sandy beach area just steps away from this newly-built home. The park-like property offers both a convenient location and solitude. The home’s main room combines dining, kitchen, and living spaces. The fireplace has two sides, with one area for quiet conversation and the other with a flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and a bar that seats four. There’s also a game room with seating for five and a pool table. Outside, the patio deck overlooks the river and has a gas grill, dining table, and chairs. The large driveway provides parking for multiple vehicles as well as boats and trailers.

The home is in Oakhurst, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. Bass Lake is also nearby, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The home is about 20 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park.

THINGS TO KNOW
Please note, we do not expect the river to have much water in late August through November due to the extreme drought conditions this year.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras of the entry door and the back of the home. Front door camera points out from the front door and monitors the front area of the home. Back door camera points out from the back door and monitors the back area of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
