A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils plus an in-suite stack washer and dryer.
Basic start up toiletries, paper products & cleaning supplies are a welcoming touch. Kitchen is well equipped & condo is furnished & in very good condition, as depicted in photos. View of Sea World attractions in the distance from the unit & while relaxing on the balcony .
The Vista Cay Reserves pool, which was a very short walk from the building & across two parking rows, was kept at a very comfortable & enjoyable temperature. The hot tub very enjoyable. The atmosphere is generally quiet, calm & respectful at the pool.
The Main Pool is a short walk across Destination Pkwy (very limited traffic & with a controlled crosswalk). It is larger, has a larger pool deck that overlooks the lake, has more seating, has a hot tub & a has a bar with limited food offerings.
On some weekends, there was a DJ playing music between noon-3pm. Additionally, this is also where the Vista Cay Resort lobby, the arcade & the fitness room are located. In the Main Vista Cay Resort area,
There is also a small shopping district that includes a Walgreen’s, a Pub, & a Sweets & Treats Shoppe just to name a few places. The condo location is a very short walk across the parking lot & out the gate to the shopping center that includes a Publix Supermarket, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, The Diner, Beth’s Burger Bar & NYPD Pizza, Diner or Beth’s Burger Bar b, NYPD Pizza s.
As far as theme parks, the condo is very conveniently located to the Convention Center, Universal & Sea World. As for the Walt Disney World Resort within quick drive depending on time of day, traffic & route taken.

The place was nice and clean. Only issue was two remotes were missing a battery but everything else was fine. Very close and convenient to all Orlando attractions and the convention center too. My only recommendation is if you are use to have a fan in your bedroom. is bring one with you. The only ceiling fan was in living room. That would be a nice upgrade to enhance the stay but I just bought one. They had one small fan in a closet but it was broken so someone probably brought it and left it!Overall, no complaints and very nice stay at an affordable price!

The condo was spacious for two teens and two adults. Very family-friendly complex with Publix next door. Easy walk to a few restaurants and a gift shop. The entire place is beautifully landscaped. Very nice pool area. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would book this unit again.

Well, I'd describe this place as "fine". I do a lot of traveling and stay in other rentals, and this was pretty bare bones. The furniture was all pretty cheap, rickety stuff and the beds were only OK. I get the feeling the owners are probably used to having a pretty full calendar of bookings just because of how close they are to the newest park, epic universal. Basics like kitchen towels, pool towels, working curtains that actually keep the light out, bathroom towel hooks or any throw blankets are just not provided. I did alert the property manager of these lack of basic items that other units in the same facility did provide, plus the fact that several things were obviously broken and they basically said, "thanks for the feedback".We had friends staying in a different unit on the property. That was actually very nice and did provide the pool passes. And our check-in in instructions. They basically said go to the front desk and get them yourself if they're not already in the unit. The only thing that was nice was that the air conditioning worked well. I would not book this place again but might try a different place in the same resort.
