WOW! is the word that best describes this home. Convenience is at your fingertips in this newly renovated home, which was professionally decorated by our local designer. This 4-bedroom home sits at over 3300sqft and boasts 3 separate living rooms including a hangout spot for the kids. The backyard has a wonderful heated pool, private fenced yard, and plenty of outdoor seating. BEST OF ALL...the location ! The home is only a 3 minute drive or 1.4mi to Bellair Beach Access point #1, which is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL white sand beaches on the west coast of Florida. The home is located around the corner from White Knuckle Water Sports, along with Westshore Pizza, Bonefish Grill, and Walgreens. There are tons of restaurants, shops, water activities, and beaches within minutes for you to enjoy. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

• Minimum rental age of 25
• Ring doorbell camera recording
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• •We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Property was true as pictured in listing; home clean. Pool was one of our favorite things at the house we had an awesome time hanging outback. Host and rental company were quick to respond to any questions. Only negative thing id have to say is that a lot of the drawers and closest doors throughout the house were incomplete and not finished being assembled so they just would come off but didn’t bother us we just made sure to not utilize them as much. Overall all we had a very nice trip and the house was perfect for 15 girls and close enough to Tampa or Clearwater area for entertainment and restaurants. Would def recommend staying at this home if your in the area!!

The house was exactly as described. The pool was very nice, open concept for our group of 13 was nice. Also enough separate spaces for the teens and littles to hang out! Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything needed was very accessible. Would highly recommend this house! 10 minute drive to the beach.
