Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful retreat.
The bathroom is designed for both comfort and convenience, featuring a tub and shower combination to suit your preference. It includes a stylish vanity sink with a mirror, a full-length mirror, a toilet bowl, and a hairdryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Step outside to our fenced-in backyard, a private oasis perfect for relaxation and outdoor fun. The space is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful cookout, or simply enjoy the tranquil setting for a relaxing evening under the stars.
It is good to know that the house and backyard are entirely private to you during your stay. An attached guest house exists on the property, but there is a locked door between the two units, and no guests will have access to it. Guests from the guest house will enter their unit exclusively through their backyard side gate.
Our home offers a washer and dryer at no additional charge. Additionally, there is one parking space available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

We come to the area every 4th of July to visit family & Vacation. The location is close to our favorite beach (Indiana Shores) and a reasonable drive to Tampa for those attractions. The house was clean, cozy feeling, spacious, had lots of kitchen supplies, a grill with extra propane, beach chairs & beach umbrella, a great washer/dryer, nicer TVs than I have in my own house, a nice bathroom, Etc. The host company has excellent communication and checked in few times through our stay to make sure everything was desirable. Would absolutely stay again with my family.

good location, responsive management and good communication, cute place. To improve, the back yard could use nicer furniture as some are torn or weathered, and front could have a chair. The beds are comfortable, and place is well stocked. Overall great stay.

My husband and I went on a business trip and to visit family. I was please with the space, bathroom and rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a short trip, this place is literally off the East Bay drive which took us everywhere. Great
