Had a great stay. Everything was perfect. There was nothing that we needed, all the amenities were there for us. Parking was great and communication with the host was top notch. Always quick to respond.

Shy was great about returning messages. It was a great place and convenient. One issue we had was the bed situation was not as shown in the icons. I thought there were more beds than there were. there were some rollaway beds, but they were not great. When we had a problem with a couple of things, Shy had someone come by right away to correct.

The unit itself was beautiful and perfect for a big family. It cam with all the essentials we needed even kitchen stuff

Check-in was frustrating. Written instructions weren’t enough—unit is in a busy resort with many adjoining units, and finding parking was confusing. In-person assistance from property management would have helped. The house was well stocked with supplies, which was appreciated. After checkout, we received multiple calls about returning a parking pass that was never given to us, which was frustrating and felt unfair. Overall, the unit was fine, but check-in and post-checkout communication need serious improvement.
