"The park pass was a great add on!! There was extra of everything (towels, sheets, pillows, coffee, plates etc). It was clean and spacious. We didn't take advantage of the hottub but we definitely will..."

Loved the underground parking and easy access to the suite
I was disappointed to find there were no games as advertised

The location was good and the accommodation was good. The management company is super responsive and friendly.
Need more towels for the bathrooms and the breaker in two rooms kept being tripped

Good location. Easy to contact and communicate with staff before and during the stay.
The carpet in the master bedroom could benefit from a DEEP cleaning or replacement (for visual reasons only - no smells or anything like that)

The park pass was a great add on!! There was extra of everything (towels, sheets, pillows, coffee, plates etc). It was clean and spacious. We didn't take advantage of the hottub but we definitely will next time!! Location is perfect (central to so many shops and hiking spots). My sister and I had our own bathrooms and we could easily have done the trip with 3-4 extra people and been comfortable here.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. This will be my first choice for all my future trips.
