Spend your vacation enjoying the great outdoors of Bass Lake at this beautifully appointed, three-bedroom home in the trees. Outside, the sunken patio provides a private hot tub, a firepit, tables, chairs, and a stone-covered, built-in gas grill.
This lake-area home features new furniture throughout, plenty of living space, and modern amenities. Enjoy warm wood-paneled walls and a remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and granite countertops. One bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs with a separate entrance, which you will access using a key.
Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean, cozy and comfortable cabin. Updated with WiFi, sound system and heating/cooling throughout. Kitchen stocked with upgraded appliances and all necessities. Great hosts who were very accommodating and understanding. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other families!
