ABOUT THE HOUSE
Hardwood-style tile lines each floor of the spacious, updated home. In the living room, a couch and love seat offer a comfy spot to watch the 26” TV.
Granite counters gleam in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stainless steel French-door fridge, double sink, and a roomy breakfast bar for three. A sleek cafe table seats four more in the open-concept main space.
Step through the sliding glass doors to the breezy balcony, where four can sit for refreshments and relaxation.
The first-floor master suite features a queen-size bed, attractive wood furnishings, and a 24” TV. A walk-in closet offers ample room for your belongings, and the spacious en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination. An additional half-bath also serves this floor.

Stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The home is one block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood with high-rise hotels across the street. The home was clean upon arrival with a small community pool on site. I would describe the home as compact for a 4BR 3.5 bath which worked well for 4 people but may be tight for a large family. Overall the location, neighborhood, amenities and cleanliness of the home were very well appreciated.

Loved the location. Cross Ocean Blvd and you’re on the beach! The south strand is much quieter than the main part just a couple miles north. The home is fairly new and living accommodations are adequate for 6 Adults + Kids with enough seating in the common area for 10-12 (will be a bit snug). Also parking for 3 full-size vehicles directly below the home. Those features and finally getting to see family after pandemic made the stay enjoyable, but I have to say the after a night you can tell it’s the end of the summer season. I have to believe the house has been in better shape... All of the drains were various levels of clogged and needed to be snaked/cleaned. You couldn’t take a shower without standing in a small pool of sand and water. The lack of bath mats leaves you to stand on one of the towels so you’re not dripping water everywhere. The shower curtain rods were completely rusted (they only cost $20 to replace) and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms don’t seem to really exhaust so the humidity in the air is causing mold to grow on the ceiling. To add to it there was dust clinging to the walls in the hallway bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size, the appliances are relatively new and easy to cook on if you’re so inclined. Just make sure you wash before you use. I opened the coffee maker and an old filter and grounds were left in there completely molded over (pretty gross). I made sure to wash thoroughly and not tell my wife while there. Again, great location , nice layout but needs some TLC.
