About this house rental
THE BEAR SHACK is located directly on an ATV authorized road to Trail Access #6.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located on Winona Rd. which sleeps 10. Featuring a Large turn-around parking area with enough room for 3 trucks and trailers. A creek surrounds the side and back of the property.
There is a full sized, fully-equipped kitchen featuring microwave, stove, and coffeemaker. The Living room features couch and chairs, and a Smart TV. In the enclosed bedrooms, you have 1 king bed in the Master bedroom. The Bunk Room has two full bunk beds and a Smart TV. (Optional 100MB internet at $25 per stay. )
The front porch features a picnic table that seats 8 people, and table for 4, and storage for gear and boots. For your enjoyment, we have a fire pit and charcoal grill right off the porch.
Washer and dryer are included.
There is an additional fee of $25.00 per night, per extra person over 10. There is a $75 cleaning fee per stay. There is a $150 security deposit that will be held on your credit card pending determination that upon departure the renter has left the cabin in the same condition as it was upon arrival, it will be released within a couple days of your departure.
