About this house rental
Our family beach house is conveniently located on a quiet beachfront cul-de-sac. A short walk to Pelican Brewing, and steps to the beach with sand dunes, surfing, and tide pools. Close walking distance to several other food options, the coffee and surf shop, skatepark, and bike paths. Front and back patio provide plenty of room to relax and off-street parking for two cars plus garage w bikes. Enjoy!
*We are listed as 2 bedroom. The first bedroom is in the main house, along with an open loft area, perfect for kids and teens. The second bedroom is SEPERATE FROM THE MAIN HOUSE in the garage. Ideal for a second couple or older kids.

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing even for a family of five and a dog. They had lots of extras that come in handy like blankets, pillows, cookware, coffee supplies, games, movies, dune board, etc. Very fun to be able to walk across the street to the beach. Easy and access and a popular walking route. Only thing I would say could be better is the heating. It worked okay, but a little finicky.

My family of 5 (3 kids aged 6, 10, & 12) spent the week at Pacific City. We had such an amazing trip and our accommodations here made it so special. Frist off, the house was stocked with EVERYTHING we could need or want. I wasn't sure what to expect and definitely overpacked. The kitchen might be on the smaller side, but we had no issues making all our meals here. I was so pleased to find a pantry full of everything we needed and MORE. The beds were so comfortable, I took a nap up in the loft with my daughter and almost wished that was our room for the stay! My only suggestion there would be to add a curtain to the window. It was bright. The garage was stocked with BBQ, beach toys, kites, wagon, chairs and bikes. Our oldest (boy) stayed in the room off the garage. He liked having his privacy away from his sisters. I was so happy to have the outdoor shower to spray us down after playing in the sand, along with the washer and dryer to clean up after our clamming and crabbing adventure (we got wet and dirty). Beach access was so close and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Pacific City in general was so peaceful. A perfect location to enjoy the coast, with access to all the things that make the area worth visiting. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation with my family. The kids were asking how soon we can come back before we even left. See you next summer!

This house was perfect for our stay. Super clean and cozy, comfortable beds, and location was perfect. Just steps from the beach and loved the bikes and fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at Pacific city! The location of this home is great especially for kids!The state of the home was not what we were expecting unfortunately. It seemed like nobody has been there for a long time to take care of the house. Lots of spider webs and dust. The stove has a huge crack so we didn't use it and the toilet flooded so we had to clean up. The manager did what she could! Bottom line great ocean city and awesome location but we will not return to this house for the price we paid.
