Welcome to our charming 1st floor unit in a beautifully restored duplex! Enjoy the comfort of king beds with luxury linens in each of the 2 bedrooms. Unwind on the inviting front porch. Step onto your private porch or cool off in the above-ground pool in the backyard. Off-street parking included. Just blocks from KU Med and the vibrant 39th Street District full of shops, restaurants, and coffee spots.

This first-floor unit of a duplex offers an easy, comfortable layout. There is one step up onto the front deck before entering the home. Inside, you’ll find a combined living and dining area, two bedrooms with king-size beds, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The driveway is shared. Parking is available for one car in front, with additional parking in the driveway behind the home if needed.
Please note: this unit does not include a washer or dryer.
The pool is shared with the unit above. While the pool schedule runs from May 1 to September 30, the actual spring opening date depends heavily on the weather and rainfall. Please keep this in mind when booking May dates. The pool is not heated and is available seasonally.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

Great location from the Convention Center. Photos online are exactly how the unit looks in person. This was a great find and our family of 4 would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located, good location. Was not the most kid friendly, more of an adult stay type place. A few repairs needed but overall nice price, nice bedrooms and kitchen.
