The home is close to KU Med (can see from the living room), 39th ST shops and restaurants, 47th St Corridor, Woodside, Plaza, Westport, and just up the hill from Mission Rd & I35 with easy highway access. Can get anywhere in minutes and close to all the action.
Guests can use the entire home, driveway, and yard.
This recently remodeled space is equipped with:
- 2 Queen Beds
- Air Mattress
- HUGE yard
- Long concrete drive way, garage, private parking
- Free Wifi
- Smart TV
- Washer and Dryer
- Microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator
- Board games and card games for all ages
- BBQ Charcoal grill (must bring your own BBQ supplies)
- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room
- Large closets
- Fire pit
- Granite counter tops in the kitchen
- Coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, cooking supplies.... anything you need to have a meal or snack at home
- Separate eating area off kitchen

Kansas City offers multiple ride share services like Uber and Lyft, Bird scooters, RideKC, Ride KC bike and plenty others. The residence is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. If you need help getting anywhere let me know and I will help.
You can park on the street or on the driveway.
Brand new concrete driveway for all your parking needs! The base of the driveway is a tad narrow so be mindful coming in and out. It’s narrower than most driveways.
The house is on a hill.
The house has a fence but it is not all the way fenced in.
Absolutely no parties.
Smoking inside or outside is prohibited. Any evidence there will be a $200 charge. If the smoking detector is removed or tampered with, you will be fined.
If something breaks, please notify me immediately.
All items are accounted for. If something goes missing there will be additional charges incurred for replacement. Prices vary per item.
Stained towels, sheets, or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and the stain still exists) will be subject to additional charges for replacement.
DO NOT move any furniture without asking me first.
If you bring your furry friends and there is damage or waste is left in the yard an additional fee will be applied.
Return the property to the state it was when you arrived. Treat the home like you would your own.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, amenities were as described and the host made routine contact to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

My family spent a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying the time away from home. It gave us time to reconnect and unwind before starting summer school.

We stayed for Christmas.
Cons: There was no baking pans. Coffee Keurig hadn't been cleaned in a while. Kitchen table dirty. Steep and narrow driveway. Used dove soap in bedroom.
Pros: Close to downtown. Firm bed if you like those. Heat worked extra good. Nice pit out back. Hot water, which I like.
All in all it was okay. Not worth the rate per night though.
