Welcome to this beautiful, modern family home built in 2014, featuring vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities.

*Master bedroom with a 2022 King Casper Mattress, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and walk-in closet.
*Large family room with a 55" Smart TV and a unique selfie wall, perfect for capturing memories.
*Dining area (games available in the dining closet).
*Spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen.
*Full hallway bathroom.
*Two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom, plus a twin trundle).

Local hiking and walking trails are right in your backyard, and you'll be just minutes from Rushmore Mall and downtown Rapid City.

PLEASE NOTE the driveway is STEEP. For easier access, drive up at a slight angle, shift to a lower gear, and park on the west side of the garage (which has a gentler incline). Ample street parking is also available. The driveway is not recommended for lowered vehicles or when icy.
Winter Rates: Enjoy significantly discounted winter rates. Snow removal is not included, but salt, a broom, and shovels are provided in the garage for your convenience. For reference, a Nissan Sentra had no issues with the west-side garage door during January 2023 without scraping.

The place was nice, but the accouterments nt so great. Asked for items not there when we arrived, had to ask multiple times, never got the items we actually asked for (facecloths, hand towels, and dish clothes). Also asked ahead of time if there was an iron in the unit. I was told no, but there was a steamer. No steamer, asked more than once, was told it should have been there.. Was never found! I was told it moved around. We actually went out and purchased our own facecloths, but I refused to go and purchase an iron or steamer I did not need at home.

Very nice place. Beds were comfortable and overall very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Close to park for the kids and dogs with a walking trail. Lots of room to have some family over for dinner one night. The only suggestion I would have is to add a couple more chairs in the living room. Otherwise we had all we needed and would definitely be back!
