    It will not let me upload my pictures for some reason. I've tried mumtiple times. We had the worst experience staying at this hotel. One of my kids found a used condom and poop on the ground. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!! The entire room and hotel were gross and not very clean. The pool was inoperable, which was why I booked there in the first place. And when I tried getting some sort of refund or compensation to go stay elsewhere I was pretty much called a liar because the guy at the front desk said he look the room over himself and didn't see anything wrong with it...AFTER I sent pictures of the evidence! He said they hadn't been up there to clean it yet and almost wouldn't even give me a new room until I INSISTED and told him I would be happy to take him to the room to show him what we found. He then back tracked and said he believed us only because another customer walked in the door, and he didn't want them to hear. I was given no refund, nor compensation of any kind. They gave us another room, which was much cleaner, and the outside door wasn't functional. All in all it was a complete disaster of a trip and an awful experience. I felt disgusting even staying there another night. I tried to get a refund to stay somewhere else, but after I gave my information to the front desk for the manager to contact me I was never contacted...not even 2 weeks later. They don't care to make things right or try to fix anything. They denied there was even a problem and tried to make me out to be the problem and a liar. Worst experience and worst customer service ever.

    Booked solely for the pool/water slide as I have a 7 year old. Got there to find out it was under construction and being gutted. Okay fine they can’t control that I’m only posting so people know as of now its not available But.. here’s my issues: -I arrived at 11pm the first night. We didn’t fall asleep until close to 1am because of the constant jack hammering from them ACTIVELY doing construction in the middle of the night. This went on for all 3 nights. -there were dead bugs on the beds. -there was mold growing on the bottom of the bathtub and in the air conditioning unit. -there was wood splinters, more dead bugs, alive bugs, saw dust, and chunks of concrete, wood and vinyl littering the staircase and floors. -the room smelled like a hot and moist locker room. Smaller issues that just passed me off after dealing with the big ones: -I could hear people stomping around in the room above a solid 90% of the time -breakfast was a paper bag with a 3 pack of hostess donuts -the shower leaked onto the floor and would soak the mat in 3 minutes or less -tv remotes didn’t work -I asked for a room away from the elevator (to minimize noise) and to be fair.. it was away from the elevator. but it shared a wall with the on site laundry and ice machine which got used almost as often as the elevator 🙃 Not worth the *** a night

    The rooms looked clean but after going in bathroom and looking around we seen cockroaches in the rooms and went to breakfast and the same on the counters as we were getting breakfast will never stay there again......only good thing was the price on a low budget *** a night
