Mt. Lemmon Velo -Heated Pool Hot Tub & Bunk House

Summary:
Mt. Lemmon Velo is a classic 1970s Tucson slump block constructed home on the outside which has been completely remodeled on the inside. The entire interior contains all new furnishings and appliances and features a modern farmhouse theme. This unique home features three bedrooms all of which are well-appointed with queen beds, and a separate bunk house that has two twin over Full bunk beds and two futon sleepers. The Master Bedroom has a private 3/4 bathroom and the other  bedrooms share a full bathroom.  The home has a large backyard with a large heated pool, and a built in grille to take advantage of Tucson’s year-round outdoor living. The home’s 2 car garage comes complete with a fully stocked bicycle shop. This home comfortably accommodates 6 adults in the main house, and another 8 adults and/or children in the bunk house.    The bunk house is one large room with two bunk beds and two futons, but keep in mind there is no bathroom in the bunk house.  Guests who stay in the bunk house will need to use the hall bathroom in the main house.  Mt. Lemmon Velo includes a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable and remote keyboard/mouse making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located adjacent to Catalina Highway which takes you up Mount Lemmon, Tucson’s premier climb with 7,000’ of climbing . For runners, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is 2 miles away which offers excellent trail running and hiking. The Neighborhood:
Mt. Lemmon Velo is in an older neighborhood on the East side of Tucson off Catalina Highway.  Bear Canyon trailhead is 3 miles away for local hiking and trail running, and Catalina Highway is the road which take you up Mt. Lemmon, exactly 30 miles up the mountain to the ski area at the top.  Local restaurants such as LeBuzz and Risky Business are a located along Tanque Verde just a mile or two from the property.

Other Things to Note:
Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.
This property uses Comcast 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Neflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs.

The pool is heated to 80 Deg F all year no additional charge. We charge $50/day if you would like pool temp above 80 Deg F
This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.
