*1000+ feet of lake frontage on Beaver Dam lake - great lake for fishing, boating, water ski, etc.

The home is a wonderful place to gather! The cozy house has plenty of space to spread out between the main level and the lower walk-out level
*Well-appointed, large kitchen
*2 living spaces and a large bonus rec space with kids toys available
*3 bedrooms on main level (King, queen, queen)
*2 bedrooms on walk out level (queen, 4 twin)
*Alarms on sliding doors
*WiFi & Direct TV
*3-season gazebo
*Gas grill
*Pier (in warmer months) to dock your boat, fish, or just sit and watch the sunrise (a public boat launch is just down the road)
*Electricity at point for amazing added RV setting

We had the pleasure of staying at Mimosa Bay for a week with our kids and a few of their friends. The property is spectacular and secluded. The kids were able to play music and hang out outside without any worries about disturbing neighbors. The home is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our group. The host was helpful and extremely responsive. Easiest five-star rating I’ve ever given!

Amazing property, lots of amenities! Great for little explorers and energetic kids and families.
Swimming was a bit challenging with small kids due to rocks and lots of algae.

We really enjoyed the lake house. It accommodated our large family of 8 easily. The views were awesome and we enjoyed exploring the large property. The home was well maintained with a nice kitchen. Rules were very reasonable. It was peaceful for us. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in this great spot.
