Check-in: You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM. The property will be prepared and ready for your arrival.
Check-out: We kindly ask that you check out on or before 10:00 AM on your departure date. This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.
No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Thank you Patrick for renting your condo.
We are a Canadian family.
We are totally satisfied with everything, cleanliness, location, security, supplies, communication.
I had a wonderful stay at siesta key, me and my family with 2 children we found everything we need to have a pleasant stay as if it were at home, Patrick really prepared everything (toys from the beach, beach umbrella, cooler, chairs, towels...).
The condo is 5 min walk from the beach (public access 13, a superb beautiful top beach) with a stroller it is very well by taking the pedestrian crossing, we also use the common swimming pool which is super clean and calm.
I highly recommend this condo and I will definitely return for my next vacation.

Nous sommes totalement satisfait de tout, la propreté, l'emplacement, la sécurité, les fournitures, la communication.
J'ai passé un magnifique séjour a siesta key, moi et ma famille avec 2 enfants nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous faut pour passer un agréable séjour comme si c'était chez nous, Patrick a bien préparé vraiment tout (les jouets de la plage, parasol de plage, glacière, chaises, serviettes...).
Le condo est à 5 min à pied de la plage (accès publique 13, une superbe belle plage top ) avec une poussette ca se fait très bien en prenant le passage piéton, on a le droit aussi de la piscine commune qui est super propre et tranquille.
Je recommande fortement ce condo et j'y retourne surement pour mes prochaines vacances.

First time at Vista Hermosa and we had a wonderful time! We walked in the door, and I said we're on vacation! Our condo has all the comforts of home. We had everything we needed for morning coffee on the lanai, baking cookies with my granddaughter, and chairs, umbrella and wagon for the beach which is just across the street. The pool, patio and BBQ are right outside which was perfect. There is a lot to do in the area. We used the free trolley to explore the island seeing the different beaches, turtles and manatee. We rented bikes and rode the legacy trail. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
