I absolutely loved this unit. The location was great, the unit was great, the price was great!!
My only suggestions would be, having coffee available, dishes free from stuck on food and the pickle smell in the building hallway.
Other than that we will be returning!

Perfect location for everything. Located on Franklin Square within walking distance, to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, live music, bars and late night snacks. Perfect for my family.

Convenient location but with some drawbacks.
NOISY - First, this is right next to several bars. The bar noise itself wasn't loud but the noise from the alley & street was. So, be aware if you're looking for a super quiet place, this isn't it. They do provide white noise machines which does help some.
SECURITY - On Saturday night, this is a hopping bar area. The street level gate doesn't lock so anyone can walk up the stairs. You walk through a lot of partiers to get here and the Door Dash driver called and said she wouldn't come down this street so we had to meet her around the corner. We were followed up the stairs after getting our food by some drunk/high people hoping to get some food. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs which were were quickly able to shut to keep them out. But, a little unnerving.
BUGS - This is a pretty comfortable place, however, the kitchen was overrun by roaches which we discovered when walking in at night. EEK.
We'd definitely pass on booking again.
