About this house rental
Welcome to your own private oasis with all of the amenities. This 2,000 square foot, four-bedroom waterfront home sleeps eight, with two king beds, one queen, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
As this is a waterfront home, you’ll be spending most of your time on the lanai, which features an enormous heated pool surrounded by palm trees, creating your own private tropical oasis. Once you finish your serene swim, make your way down to the dock to watch for the passing dolphins and manatees, all while you dry off using nature’s towel: the sun. Then, fire up the gas grill and serve a barbeque on the shaded table overlooking the picturesque waterway lined with palm trees.
As you make your way inside, you will be greeted by an interior that is quite literally glowing, as natural sunlight is always entering through the many windows. With its sand-inspired walls and tile floors, as well as its cozy furnishings and beautiful oceanic artwork and décor, you can tell that the true inspiration for this house was the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. After a day of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, this room opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the comforts of the interior and exterior at the same time.
The spacious open kitchen features all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to prepare and enjoy a special family dinner at the wooden dining room table or a seaside snack on the lanai. It even comes with a blender, so that you can enjoy blended tropical drinks as the setting sun paints the sky a brilliant orange.
All of the bedrooms are decorated with all the colors and comforts of the tropics and feature ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, offers a television, en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and his-and-hers sinks, as well as direct lanai access, so that you can drift away with the fragrant seaside breezes.
The house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
People drive for hours to the beaches of the Paradise Coast, but you’re just a brief drive from the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach.

We had a fantastic stay, pretty much spent the entire trip in the home. Perfect layout, house was very well stocked, amazing pool in a fabulous location that was 6-8 minutes from anything and everything the island had to offer

The property is situated in a great location, with a lovely South facing pool and excellent views of the waterway, we were lucky enough to see two dolphins swim by one day. The house itself is very nice but is starting to show some signs of wear and tear throughout. The air con system is very noisy internally at times but functional. The bath water, on the two occasions used, had lots of sediment making the water very brown. We would be happy to rent this property again in the future if the above issues can be addressed.

We rented this house for a family vacation. This property is as advertised - very beautiful, spacious, and close to everything in Marco Island. The rental was clean and well stocked. Our family had a lovely time.FYI, this property is rented by a large, commercial rental company. The company makes you jump through a LOT of additional hoops/requires you to deal with logistical issues outside of the typical easy VRBO rental process. For example, the company requires you to sign a lengthy contract which includes additional terms and fees; they require you to send payment via money order or physical check (they do not let you pay through VRBO); and they send constant texts (sometimes multiple texts a day) instead of communicating via VRBO.We spent a good amount of time on our last day cleaning the house - running the dishwasher, doing laundry, stripping beds, etc. A week after we checked out, we were contacted by the rental company accusing us of leaving vomit and urine stained linens on the beds. The linens and house were in immaculate condition when we left. I assume they contacted the wrong renter - but they never responded to apologize after I pointed out the mistake.All in all, a great property, but a pain to deal with the company. Would suggest renting from a person/family, not a corporation, if you are looking for an easy VRBO rental.
