About this apartment rental
This beautiful fully rehabbed condo in Seaglass Resort was designed and furnished professionally in 2022. The condo boasts a modern beach vibe making you feel right at home, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and best of all located on a waterway with a beautiful water view! Only a 5-minute walk to Tampa Bay. Located in the quaint town of Apollo Beach, FL It's perfect for your next vacation getaway. Circles Restaurant is walking distance with gorgeous sunsets and great food! Manatee Viewing Center is right around the corner with tons of marine wildlife.
Centrally located to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. Bahia beach located in little harbor is only a 15 min drive away with great dining and sunset views.

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• 3 night minimum may apply.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

The rental was very clean and came with everything promised to make it a smooth and comfortable stay. Very safe neighborhood with a couple of high end restaurants and coffee/ice cream places within walking distance. The back sliding door could use some WD40 or realignment as my friend and I struggled to open and close it. We would recommend and stay again.

We had a family event in the area, this was perfect for our needs. It is clean and had all the necessities for us. The outdoor area is fantastic, right on the water with boat slips feet away.

Full disclosure, we are new to VRBO. Perhaps we just don’t know the process.
We booked for 2 adults and 2 pets. Paid the nightly rate, cleaning & service fee.
2 months later, we asked for check in instructions. The property wanted my credit card info (emailed directly to property) and approval for EXTRA $X00 pet fee. (not disclosing amount don’t want review removed)
Wouldn’t property be required to disclose all fees prior to the cancellation period? They KNEW we were bringing pets. Why wait until 3 days before to disclose the extra fee?! On principle alone, I can’t believe VRBO allows this.
Additionally, several issues w/ property:
• Garbage disposal would not turn on & severely LEAKED from bottom.
• They had bucket under sink to catch the stinky water. We dumped the stinky water in bathtub a few times a day. We basically couldn’t use the kitchen because of the sink.
• The washing machine was unusable. It would become off balance every time, sounded like it will go through the wall.
• The bathroom sink was slow drain, thankfully there was a plunger, but seems ridiculous we had to plunge our sink every day.
• There was visible dog hair on couch and floor. I only mention this because of the hefty cleaning fees to “sanitize” the unit. They wanted $X00 total for cleaning fees (and we have hairless cats, lol) 🙃
We like the extra space of having a few bedrooms but honestly we will just get a suite at a hotel…the price is the same after all the fees.
