Scarlet Ridge is a deluxe 6BR/3BA cabin built in 2022 on 25 wooded acres less than 1 mi. walk to Old Man's Cave. Enjoy the wooded outdoors around the fire pit with your family and friends. Relax in the hot tub or on our deck after a long day's hike. Scarlet Ridge offers luxury amenities in our log cabin. You'll be able to prepare and enjoy meals together while sitting at our large dining table. There are many activities for all ages including tvs with Directv and dvd players, a variety of dvds, a pool table, board games, fire pit, and a corn hole game. We try to make it cozy so you'll feel like home. Not only was the host accommodating, she drove 45 minutes to help us reach a chirping smoke alarm!The cabin was large, easy access for a wheelchair bound friend.We had everything we needed and more…We will definitely return! My only recommendation is to add a note as to where to purchase firewood.

Perfect place for a larger group! Many places can sleep a lot of people, but here there's actually enough room at the kitchen table to eat together and enough chairs at the fire pit to gather and socialize and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings!

I rented this cabin with nine other women for a long weekend retreat, and it was exactly what we hoped for. Every room was equally inviting, with comfortable beds and thoughtfully arranged spaces. Even the bunk beds had sturdy, adult-friendly mattresses—no one felt like they got the “kid” bed! The entire cabin was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating for group gatherings and quiet nooks for personal reflection. Whether we were sharing meals, playing games, or enjoying a moment alone, the space supported it all beautifully.

We had a great vacation at this cabin. We had a group of 17, and everyone ages 8 to 78 enjoyed the cabin, which was very clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great amenities for relaxing like fire pit and hot tub and also amenities for fun like the pool table and corn hole boards. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to visiting again.

I recently stayed at this cabin in the woods, and it was an amazing experience! The cabin was cozy and equipped (could use an air fryer), with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The location was ideal for hiking and exploring just a 2 minute drive to a easy but beautiful trail, and we even spotted some wildlife nearby. The host was super friendly and provided great recommendations for local activities. Overall, it was a peaceful getaway, and I can’t wait to return!

All my kids and grandkids gathered to celebrate my 70th birthday for the weekend. Cabin was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot. The huge table sat 16 so we could all be together for meals. The fireplace was a welcome and cozy feature and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The pool table was a very bit hit. A few issues were quickly responded to and addressed. The weather did not cooperate so we didn't get to go outside at all, but that's the chance you take in the winter! Will have to come back again to take in the naturous surroundings.

The cabin was fantastic and spacious! It is a new build and has great amenities. Loved being able to walk down to Hocking Hills visitor center instead of driving. It is so quiet and peaceful, nice and far from the road as well. We will definitely be returning! Can't recommend this cabin enough.
