Inside this second-floor condo, you’ll find a recently updated, soothing interior, and outside, you’ll find a serene, covered balcony, where the porch swing has your name on it. Start the day outside with a cup of coffee, and when your stomach starts to grumble, head inside to the well-equipped galley kitchen, with a full suite of appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up some breakfast. Dine together at the table for six before you head out for the day.
You’re only two miles away from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and you’re minutes from the sparkling Gulf Coast sands. If you want to stay closer to home, you’ve got onsite access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and game room. And, of course, the golfers in the group will want to play a round of golf.
When you return in the evening, get comfy on the couch and watch a little TV on the wall-mounted sectional. End the day as you began, outside enjoying the covered deck. Grab a frosty beverage, relax on the porch swing, and toast your good luck at booking the perfect Gulf Coast getaway.

This home was clean , neat and well appointed. All we needed was in place already. The porch swing was my favorite spot. I will definitely try to stay here again.

From the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the property. It was perfect for our family vacation! The kids loved exploring the rooms as soon as we unlocked the door. The back porch was so peaceful while we enjoyed our morning coffee. We look forward to staying here again!

This Villa was just perfect! We were right across from the pool and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our extended vacation!!

It was a beautiful condo, but there were so things that could've been better. It was a pain to get to the condo everyday since we had to use the guess entrance. The wife wasn't the best and we couldn't watch TV when it was a rainy day because nothing would connect. Other then the little things. It was good. If able to use the owner gate probably give it 5 stars. But to spend an extra almost 10 minutes to drive all the way around the resort was frustrating.
