Cozy ridge-top retreat with sweeping mountain, valley, and downtown Salt Lake City views.
Walk to the 972 ski bus for easy access to Brighton and Snowbird, or connect to routes serving Alta. Located less than a mile from Big Cottonwood Canyon and close to restaurants, ski shops, coffee, groceries, and shopping.
Enjoy a private covered hot tub, fenced yard, and patio exclusively for your use.
Nearby favorites include Lift House Ski Shop, The Gear Room, Porcupine Pub & Grill, Hog Wallow, Alpha Coffee, Saola Vietnamese Restaurant, Eight Settlers Distillery, and Whole Foods.

This recently remodeled lower-level suite sits beneath the main house and features stunning mountain and valley views.
Highlights include:
1 bedroom with king bed
1 full bathroom
Private covered hot tub
Fenced yard and patio
One onsite parking space
Fast access to I-215
Please note:
This is one of two guest suites beneath the home, with long-term residents living upstairs.
Some normal noise transfer from upstairs or the neighboring suite is possible.
Guests in the neighboring unit walk along the exterior pathway beside your patio to access their private entrance. Privacy curtains are provided around the hot tub and inside the suite.
The sofa is not a sleeper sofa.
Park near the heated stairs and follow the short cascading stairway and sidewalk to the entrance.
GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have the entire apartment, patio, fenced yard, and hot tub to yourself.
The neighboring suite has its own separate yard and hot tub area. To minimize traffic, we do not allow unregistered visitors on the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Hot tubs are serviced daily between 9 AM–3 PM.
EV charging available by advance request. One complimentary charge per stay; additional charging is $10/day.
Pet fee: $25/night per pet. Pets must be disclosed before check-in.
Because we’re on a septic system, please flush only toilet paper provided.
Utah’s climate can occasionally bring seasonal pests such as boxelder bugs or ants despite regular treatment.

The view was beautiful, the property was well maintained, communication was clear and our dogs felt perfectly at home.(Which, of course is the most important! ) I came for my best friends celebration of life and it was so comforting to come back to a place that feels like home. Thank you! We will stay again when we can come for fun! 🖤

We had a great stay. Beyond the Location, Hot Tub, and view mentioned in so many reviews, we appreciated the: Amazon Fire streaming, night light/fan in bathroom (why is this so rare?), kitchen stocked with basics, and a functional/clean BBQ grill. Parking our minivan was easy until another guest arrived with a big work truck, then there was some minor jockeying involved aided by the backup camera. Not really a big deal. The kitchen was missing a larger cutting board to which the owner seemed very responsive. 100% would stay here again.

Location was fantastic. Parking is rather difficult if you have a large vehicle. Minimal privacy. 10am check out was not ideal. Bedroom was small and rather awkward. Couldn’t turn on the AC only heat was available. Hot tub was the highlight of the stay.
