House worked well for our 4 adult family. All mattresses were comfortable place was clean and super close to beach access. Will reserve again in the future.

The view from the porch was beautiful, not too close, not too far. Still got the cool breeze from the ocean. There is a public access straight across the driveway straight to the beach. The house is older so it’s not 100% perfect as expected but it is still very homey. The only way to fix what is wrong with the home is by updating and remodeling. Overall we had a wonderful stay, would come back again!

I highly recommend this vacation home. Everything was so clean and tidy when we walked in. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Loved the decks and the hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach. I went to sleep each night listening to the ocean. I will definitely stay here again. Spacious rooms. Everything was perfect. Very nice home.

This house is in a great location, with ocean access literally across the street and, during a tropical storm, it was the only house in the immediate area that didn't have a flooded driveway! Definitely a plus! Pretty well stocked kitchen of utensils and good coffee pot. Could use a better, updated collection of pots and pans, but there is enough there where you could get creative. The fridge has a water filter which is a plus. However, the house definitely needs some maintenance. Here are a few key issues:
- The hot tub has a major leak meaning that it empties by about half every 24 hours, so it constantly needs refilled and takes about 2-3 hours to get back up to temperature. This was super disappointing after returning to the house after a day on the beach and not being able to use the hot tub because it doesn't remain filled.
- A rain storm hit when we were there and the sliding glass doors on the top floor leak from both the top and bottom, leading to puddles on the floor and soaked drapes. The flooding was so bad that it led to a stain on the ceiling in the bedroom below.
