Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony overlooking the pool, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king suite and a queen guest room with private baths complete the level.
The third floor provides a cozy loft with a full sleeper sofa and twin sleeper, an ideal hangout for kids or teens.
Step outdoors to enjoy your private pool and spa surrounded by lush greenery. The spacious patio features lounge seating, a natural gas grill, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. Premo location. Things this house excelled at that previous properties in the area were lacking: air conditioning was amazing, pool person came multiple times during our week and hot tub was nice and toasty, mattresses were nice as well. A rare house that close that backyard is so private.

This was a fantastic property and the location couldn’t be better if you enjoy Seaside as it’s only a 4 minute walk to the square. We did have some issues with the stove but management made up for it by giving us late check out and worked with us when our flight was delayed.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and beautiful. Just as pictured in the listing. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly: the oven wasn’t heating up and we didn’t know how to turn on the fountain at the pool. The larger oven never really did work correctly, but we had the smaller oven so all was fine. The beds are all so comfy, lots of spaces indoor and outdoor that my entire group was very comfortable. Loved our afternoons by the pool grilling and hanging out w the kids! And, of course Watercolor is the best community; we were close to everything! Would definitely recommend, and will book again.

We always enjoy our trips to Watercolor and appreciate the great service Sanders offers! They're always quick to respond and help. This home was great! We loved the quick walk/access to Seaside and the hot tub was perfect on chillier nights in March. We will absolutely be back! Thank you!
