About this house rental
Welcome to La-de-da at 1571 Sharkstooth Trail! Bask in the sun with a cold drink while enjoying the view of the canal and fountain from our large back deck. Super cute waterfront two bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home with a short golf cart ride to the beach. Includes a gas grill and patio furniture, screened front porch, parking for 2 cars, a complimentary golf cart for drivers over 21, washer/dryer, smart TVs, and WiFi! Two queen beds and queen sleeper sofa.
* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.
*Small dogs (20lbs and under) are welcome with owner approval and fee per dog.
No smoking or vaping in house or screened front porch.
This is typically a Saturday to Saturday rental on all in- season rentals starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Ocean Lakes is a family oriented vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families and responsible adults. Any violations to this rule or any Ocean Lakes Family Campground rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Parking passes are purchased directly from Ocean Lakes for $15 per vehicle per day.
Golf cart is complimentary, any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license and be registered to site 1571 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.

Really enjoyed our stay and Jim was super responsive to any needs. The house is super cute. I really didn’t want to leave. So much to explore here and we loved the deck and watching the turtles and wildlife. The screened in porch was awesome as well. Just a sweet and fabulous place! The golf cart is the best extra to have too!

This is a very nice beach house and Mr.Jim is very nice. They was very helpful. The house was super clean. Perfect spot for fishing. We will be coming back here we loved it!

Great stay in Ocean Lakes. Had everything we needed and the golf cart was so nice to have. Only complaint was the 9:00 am checkout. Never had one that early.

Air conditioning is terrible everywhere except living room. Brown water seeping out of the caulk joints of the tub/ shower while you shower & after. Seems like you’re going downhill from living room toward the back of the house
