This condo is built in the newest building of Resort Rodanthe. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space to work in. The open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living area, and primary bedroom, including a private en suite bath and direct access to the deck area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or the beach, only a short walk down the boardwalk. Three TVs and three DVD players provide indoor entertainment when you need a break from the beach. Each condo offers access to the community's outdoor showers, an outdoor grill area, a fish-cleaning station, a picnic area with a park, and access to the Resort Rodanthe pool, available mid-May through October. This is our 3rd year renting Seas the Day. The ocean view and distance to the beach can't be beat! Home was clean with all amenities needed.

The condo itself is excellent. Everything you would need to be comfortable during your stay. The management company is lacking. We arrived at our 6pm check in time to no linens or towels. We contacted Vacasa, but they could not tell us when someone would bring the linens. We slept on beach towels the first night- because no linens. Someone dropped them off inside our door the next day. The condo was not very clean. Hair on the floor and residue on the counters. We stayed in this condo last year, and one of the reasons we came back was the cleanliness. Check the status of the beach too, it’s starting to wash away in front of the condos. If you have small children, and want to keep them back from the water, you’ll have to walk down the beach to a higher spot in front of the campground.
