Decorated in a cheerful palm tree theme, this condo features central air conditioning to help you relax from a day at the beach. Set the beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer, then prepare an evening meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Younger guests can rest on built-in bunks, set within a separate room for privacy. Enjoy a favorite film on the DVD player as the sun goes down outside. The beach is never too far away at this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 21.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
