VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ON BOTH DOORS FOR SECURITY AND ADHERANCE.***No smoking in home. *** No non-service animals permitted***Beach is a 4 minute walk to elevator down to beach, and the road is inclined back up to the house. Onanda beach is a few minutes up the road via car, same lake with parking. This property has been described as a "slice of heaven"! We use this home and so does our family. Beach opens after Memorial Day, closed after Columbus day for season. **Sorry No animals allowed unless Dr notes our HOA prohibited***. This is a lovely 3 level updated townhome with lake views on every level- 2 full bathrooms and one half. This private unit has plenty to offer everyone and is family friendly, spacious and quiet. Just 10-15 MINUTES from Shopping, Towns. Bristol Mountain skiing (10 min away), water parks, breweries, wineries, marinas, kayaking, boating, CMAC and much more. There is always an event in nearby towns including the famous Naples Fest just minutes away, lifts at Bristol Mountain during Fall, skiing and snowboarding in Winter. There are water parks, beaches, fishing and boating in the Summer! The house has been updated with an equipped Kitchen, snacks, fresh water, coffee, tea, cocoa, full toiletries and linens. Plenty of outdoor/indoor games for the kids (or adult kids) Arcade gaming system, as well as scooters/Basketball/tennis/pickleball equipment for the outdoor Community Center, and life Jackets/noodles/towels, goggles, for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect place for our family to have enough space for the kids to be outdoors and play outside in the backyard and for us to enjoy the weather sitting on the patios. There were many thoughtful touches for guests that you don't typically see when traveling. The host was responsive and helpful with the few questions that we had. I would highly recommend for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views of the lake!

Very comfortable & clean! 20 minutes from everything. A downhill & uphill walk to & from the beach but got used to it. There is shuttle service to & from the beach if you struggle with bad knees or back. People were very friendly. The property owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Would recommend this property to others.
