Welcome Home! Located on a private drive in the Crystal Beach neighboorhood just minutes from The City of Canandaigua, is this charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath monthly rental Cottage, within walking distance to three points of lake access, a local eatery and small grocery store.
Just minutes from CMAC concert venue, this is the pefect location to make a weekend out of seeing your favorite band. Take a class at New York Kitchen, take a ride on the historic Canandaigua Lady or take advantage of the many opportunities for Finger Lakes Wine and Brewery tours. Just 20 minutes from Naples and close to Bristol Mountain too!
A small stream meanders next to this very private oasis. Large well apointed kitchen opens to a large dining area open to an airy living room. The light and breezy decor immediately puts you at ease and is a perfect home base to explore the finger lakes or simply relax and spend time at the lake. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed as well as a comfy seating area to curl up and read a book.
We love to host your dog or cat! Please simply add the $300 pet fee to your reservation. While the yard is not fenced, the home is set back at the end of a private road so it’s very safe and private. We do ask that pets be under the control of the owners at all times while outside.

Not only was this a beautiful place to stay, but the owner went above and beyond in answering all my questions! So friendly and helpful! Such a comfortable place with everything you need! Would highly recommend!

Our son and his wife stayed in this property and loved it. The host, Jennifer, was extremely available and helpful. She made sure they had everything they needed and was there if we had any questions at all.
The property is a great location near the lake and size was accommodations were perfect. Would definitely recommend!

We visited the area with young kids for a long weekend. Great location with an easy 5 min walk to the lake and a playground down the street. Lot's of outdoor space for the kids and dog to play. Fire pit was great for smores in the evening and my kids loved the toys in one of the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and just like the pictures! We enjoyed our stay and communication with Jennifer was easy.
