About this apartment rental
The "Studio sur la Neste" (33 m²) is located on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Arreau.
You can enjoy breakfast on the apartment’s terrace overlooking the Neste River—pure bliss for nature lovers.
To round out this idyllic setting, you’ll be close to all the services and shops you might need: bakery, butcher, newsstand, doctor, pharmacy, bank, town hall, tourist office, post office, restaurants, dry cleaner…
The studio has all the basic amenities you need to feel right at home:
- a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with a fridge and freezer
- a bathroom with a shower. It has heating (a button on the side turns it on) as well as a space heater.
- a bedroom with a 140-cm bed and closets
A living room with a sleeper sofa (seats 2), a TV, and Wi-Fi
- a washing machine (in the bathroom) with a drying rack and clothespins
- all necessary appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave)
- assorted dishes and cutlery
- basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee…)
- a hallway with a table that can be set up as a work area if needed. The restrooms are located in the hallway. A space heater is provided to heat them if needed.
- a patio with a table and 2 chairs.
The heating system is electric. A convector heater is located in the main room; it can be adjusted by turning the dial.
Because vacations are sacred, we handle the cleaning (so we ask for an additional fee of €40 for stays of 3 nights or more and an additional fee of €20 for stays of 1 to 2 nights).
We can provide baby essentials (travel crib, high chair). Just let us know if you need them.
You’ll find the “house manual” and brochures in the studio to help you plan your activities. This manual is available in French, English, and Spanish.
The post office parking lot is located about 50 meters from the building’s entrance. You may park right outside the building to load and unload your luggage.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking, except on the terrace.

Très belle location, très propre, nous avons constaté que certains locataires avaient légèrement abîmé volontairement un mur des WC... Cela montre à quel point certains sont irrespectueux... Très bonne situation avec balcon sur la Neste. Tous les commerces à proximité. Bref, un très bon séjour, parfait.

Location dans 1 petit studio cozi à Arreau au pied d1 rivière. Petit appartement super bien équipé avec bon goût et pas cher. Échanges avec la propriétaire très facile et elle a répondu à mes questions et a anticipé mes questions et mes demandes, très à l'écoute. Explications claires et très précises pour trouver les clés. Au court du séjour me demande des nouvelles ,très humaine .
Vraiment 1 grand merci à elle , c'est la première fois que je louais comme ça et je n'ai pas été déçue.
