Apartment with terrace in the Tourist Residence *** "Les Balcons de la Neste" in the charming village of Arreau in the Hautes Pyrénées.
Located in the heart of the Aure and Louron Valleys, you will find 4 ski resorts nearby:
- in the Aure Valley: Saint-Lary (15 min) and Piau-Engaly (30 min).
- in the Louron Valley: Peyragudes and Val Louron are 20 min.
Various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and Balnea are close to the accommodation.
Ideal for a stay in the mountains, the residence enjoys a magnificent view of the valley.
The accommodations are equipped with:
- A bedroom with a 180x200 mattress (two mattresses in 90x200) with a large closet
- A sleeping area with bunk beds
- A sofa/bed (twice 90x200) in the living room
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A kitchen equipped (coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge, kettle, oven)
- A terrace with table and chairs
- A ski box at the parking lot
- A large private underground parking space
Sheets and towels not provided, except on request and at an additional cost.
The residence's swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 20th (except Sundays).
