About this house rental

Are you dreaming of an unforgettable stay? Come and stay in this pretty fisherman's house overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the Var, with direct access to a wild cove! Completely renovated and with a sublime sea view, the house can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers, and is composed of bright and perfectly equipped living rooms, 3 beautiful double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you will enjoy a charming patio with flowers, as well as direct access to the sea! Sheets and towels are provided. See you soon!

The accommodation
With a surface area of 96 m², the house is presented as follows:

On the ground floor :
- Living room with sofa, armchair, dining table, storage.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), storage.
- Shower room 1: a shower and a WC.
- Kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker.

Ground floor:
- Large, bright living room with a sublime view of the sea. The living room is west facing, and is furnished with sofa, TV, dining area for 6 guests.
- Kitchen open to the living room, and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, washing machine...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2, air-conditioned with sea view: queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage space.
- Bedroom 3, air-conditioned: with a double bed (140×200)
- Shower room 2: shower and separate WC.

The exterior is accessible from the ground floor:
- Outside garden with trees of 30 m² facing EAST. The garden is equipped with garden furniture (a table and four chairs in wrought iron), parasol, Weber electric barbecue, outdoor shower...
- Balcony of 6 m² with sea view on the Bay of Portissol. The balcony is equipped with a staircase that will give you access to the car park, and to the gate that will give you direct access to the sea, with deckchairs available!

- Beach at 150 m.
- Restaurants : O Bardot and O Petit Monde, as well as the beach restaurant "La Kima" with private beach and mattresses (150 m from the accommodation).
- Old port and old town of Sanary at 13 minutes walk from the accommodation.
- Large market every Wednesday morning under the plane trees of the allée d'Estienne d'Orves and along the port, on the quai Charles de Gaulle. It was elected the most beautiful market in France!
- Night market, during the summer season, every evening along the port of Sanary.

The neighbourhood
From the house, you will have direct access to the water in a small wild cove surrounded by ochre rocks with a small natural swimming pool. It is also the ideal place for fishing! In the heart of a residential area, you will be located in front of the Bay of Portissol, one of the most beautiful bays in the Var!

- The island of Embiez and the island of Bendor, two islands bought by Mr Paul Ricard, and located near the bay of Portissol.
- Hiking trails to the Gros Cerveau, panoramic view of the coastline.
- Sea trips to the creeks of Cassis, the creeks of Marseille and the island of Porquerolles.
- Water activities: scuba diving (school and exploration), sailing school...

Transport
- You will have a private parking space secured by a gate.
- Ollioules - Sanary-sur-Mer train station 10 minutes away by car.
- Bus service.
