Housed in a charming 17th-century farmhouse, the Les Genêts gîte offers 83 m² of living space spread over two levels in an authentic and welcoming setting. The living area includes a lounge with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, a bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and can accommodate a cot. An open mezzanine completes the sleeping area with two 90 cm single beds. The gîte includes a shower room and two toilets. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace extending onto a 200 m² enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing while admiring the Pilat landscape. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, a television, and a covered shelter complete the amenities of this holiday rental. For safety, insurance, and equipment reasons, any outdoor meal with guests not staying at the gîte will be limited to 15 people if both gîtes are rented (ref. 4156), and subject to the owner's agreement. At an altitude of 800 meters, in a protected environment where hiking trails begin at the foot of the property, Les Genêts invites you to experience a true escape. From the terrace, the view stretches across the Rhône Valley, the Vercors mountains, the Vivarais hills, and, on a clear day, even to the Alpine peaks. This former farmhouse, typical of the Pilat region, with its stone staircase, vaulted cellars, and bread oven, tells the story of the area while offering the comfort needed for a stay with family or friends.
