The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency invites you to come and discover this charming, authentically renovated single-storey house in a former farmhouse, where you can get away from it all and enjoy the natural surroundings of Épervans. Ideal for a getaway for two, the house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small garden outside. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi
The accommodation
The 65 m² single-storey house is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A living room with a sofa, TV and coffee table.
- Open-plan kitchen with table for two, fridge, hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
- Bathroom: bath, washbasin, hairdryer and towel rail.
- Separate WC.
Outside area:
- Garden, table and chairs.
- Parking space
Neighbourhood:
Quiet in a green setting, in a peaceful neighbourhood.
Nearby:
- The village of Epervans is 300 m away on foot, with a bakery, grocery shop, etc.
- You'll find all the shops you need in Chalon-sur-Saône, 7 km away (11 minutes by car).
- Beaune is 40 km away (35 minutes by car).
- Mâcon is 60 km away (45 minutes by car).
- Dijon 80 km away (58 minutes by car).
Activities :
- Tourist sites: the town of Beaune, Mercurey, etc.
- Sporting activities: greenway 500 m away, mountain biking, etc.

Wir waren im April eine Woche dort, hatten perfektes Wetter (Sonnenschein und fast 20 Grad), die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll, der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und es gibt den ganzen Tag Sonne. Für Katzenliebhaber perfekt (es gibt 4 Katzen auf dem Gelände). Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und bietet sich auch zum Radfahren an. Fernab vom Tourismus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
