This magnificent villa, freshly renovated, welcomes you for family or friends' holidays in Jard-Sur-Mer, in Vendée. You will appreciate its comfort and its careful and colourful decoration. Set off to discover the neighbouring beaches or the Poitevin marshes, after having enjoyed your breakfast, while enjoying the sunshine, on the covered terrace.
Your holiday rental is a charming 80 m² house with 3 bedrooms that can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, and the exterior is fully enclosed. To ensure your comfort, the villa is heated by a heat pump and air conditioning is available in the living room, with a television and radio also at your disposal. The bright kitchen, open to the living area, is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
