Perfect location to visit family over Christmas, would definitely come back. Warm and comfortable for the whole family.

Clean and functional property, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms clean. Very warm 😁. Chocolates were amazing.

No tea, coffee pods or milk. Had to walk to Sainsburys (snowed). Left pods for the next guest.

Lovely flat. Great double bedroom and bathrooms.

Living room and dining arrangements are very odd. Plenty of space but clunky layout. We didn’t like the high dining table and bar stools. The sofa facing the kitchen was peculiar too.

Good value apartment

Spacious two bedroom apartment. Very quiet location with easy walking distance of North Walsham. It was clean, tidy with comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

We knew the stairs to the apartment were steep - so no surprise. However, they are challenging when carrying cases.

Very spacious, and two loos was a bonus! Very clean. Lovely quiet area, easy walk to the pub and town!

Lots of eateries closed on Sunday and Monday evening! We should have checked!

Enjoyable stay in a spacious and airy apartment - had a lovely time!

Open, spacious and light-filled second floor apartment of generous proportions on the outskirts of town. Walking distance to the town centre, and easy striking distance from the coast and The Broads.

Venetian blinds rather than curtains unfortunately, so we were glad we had eye shades. Neighbour above rather heavy footed, so recommend ear plugs for light sleepers.

smell of chicken housing behind apartment not mentioned at all can't keep windows open for it noise from people above was ridiculous going on till 2 in morning then starting at 6 again stairs not good for access with case's tv in bedroom no point signal just dissappear drive access not easy to get out on busy morning

Beautiful living room and main bedroom. Hot fast showers. Comfy sofa and armchairs. A lovely place to relax after a day out. Peaceful and we loved the leafy outlook.

High breakfast bar-style dining table with slide-y glass top and really uncomfortable high stools. Impossible to enjoy a relaxed dinner together round the table. (None of us like TV dinners). 2nd bedroom disappointing, beds narrow and no bedside lamp.

The property is absolutely stunning, it’s clean with everything you need and a fantastic host, this is my 2nd stay here and I would definitely book again.

There is nothing wrong with the property, however unfortunately the person who was staying in the flat above was extremely heavy on their feet and their son was too, which wasn’t a massive problem until the day I was leaving and they obviously had an early start for their day as the started stomping at 3:50am and continued until 5:30 when they left the building and by then I was awake. So I had to function on around 4 & a half hours sleep. This was no reflection on the host as they can’t know who is going to book the property, just a shame it’s put a downer on my lovely stay.

Fabulous.

Absolutely fantastic place. Great location, very comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do a couple of days on the coast and a day in Norwich. So quick and easy to get to both.

Very disappointing.

The rooms were a decent size. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and contemporary.

Some of the crockery and cutlery was dirty. The bath water wasn’t very hot. Access was up very steep stairs. The noise from the flat above sounded like elephants charging about. Cooking pans and utensils very limited and a rusty roasting pan. The lighting wasn’t good in the main room which was the kitchen and living room so difficult to read or see. Nowhere comfortable to sit working on a laptop. No iron.

Perfect location and Great Size Apartment

Was a great location to base ourselves for house hunting . Had everything we needed and Craig was great on getting back to us. Very roomy and love the open plan Kitchen Dining area . Would stay again

Only thing to be aware of is the steep stairs - wasn't an issue for us and actually good for exercise

Beautiful property, ideal location for us to explore a little more of Norfolk. Great facilities. Coffee machine with pods was a lovely surprise plus the amazing cookies. Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Main front door was hard to close without making a loud bang which could have just been the weather affecting the wood frame. Key lock box doesn’t appear to be working. It was unlocked when we arrived and we couldn’t lock it when we left.

Very well decorated apartment and good parking onsite Very clean and warm, which was nice for our December visit .

The apartment exuded quality, from the standard of the decoration through to the soft furnishings. Couldn’t be any cleaner! We enjoyed the gift hamper, with Norfolk porridge, and top notch recommendation for fish and chips from Three Cottages 5 minutes away, best we’ve ever tasted! Easy parking. Excellent communications and good information.

Great location for exploring Norfolk. Beautiful Georgian house in a quiet location with amenities just down the road. The apartment was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Great communication and recommendations for places to visit. Several beautiful beaches, Bewilderwood and the Norfolk Broads are a short trip away in the car.
