Good, but...

Great owner who really fast helps to solve any problem. Really well-equipped apartment.

Too slow WI-FI. Bed was so uncomfortable and loud, that I really slept bad two nights. For so high-rated apartament this should not happen.

Good place to stay near city center

Good place near the city center with free parking. Clean and simple, well equipped apartment with the balcony. We loved that one of the city`s highlights - the cable car - was just around the corner. It actually runs over the apartment - cool! :) Go and explore the churh up the hills, the amazing views and hiking trails. Of course the beach and old town as well. The hostess was kind and well communicating. Thank you!

If to add a little bit of coziness.. but that`s subjective :)

Jako smo zadovoljni boravkom u Rapallu i izletima u Genovu, Portofino i Cinque Terre.

Apartman je uredan i čist, odlično opremljen. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan i susretljiv. Parking je izuzetan, privatan i prostran. Nismo imali potrebu koristiti auto, jer je lokacija apartmana odlična, na 10 min pješke od centra grada i od željezničke stanice. Koristili smo vlak i brod. Za preporučiti svima koji dolaze u Rapallo radi izleta u mjesta te regije. App je na 4. katu zgrade, ima mali lift, nije praktično za velike kofere.

Conforme a nos attentes. Appartement très bien équipé, calme et sécurisé. Parking facile d'acces.

Appartement conforme à la description. (4eme étage avec ascenseur). Il ne manque rien ( a part un micro onde mais il n'était pas noté dans le descriptif). Pas loin de la Gare des tains, des bus, et de l'embarcadère. Comme nous sommes arrivé en dehors des horaires de réception, Franca nous avait envoyé par whatsapp, des photos et explications bien précises pour récupérer les clefs afin d'accéder à l'appartement et au parking (qui est d'ailleurs facile d'accés et bien sécurisé). La zone est très calme sure et familiale. Le matin (entre 7h et 7h30) on entend juste un peu les 2 ou 3 voisins partir au travail, mais rien de génant. La literie est excellente, Tout fonctionnait bien et l'appartement était très propre. Rien a redire. Si on doit revenir dans le coin, on reviendra ici.

Rien. Juste un micro onde serait un plus. (Mais la cuisinière plaques et four fonctionne très bien)

O apartamento é muito limpo, todos os equipamentos funcionando perfeitamente, garagem fácil para o carro e a praia e os restaurantes são bem próximo da casa, apenas 9 minutos caminhando Eu com certeza ficaria hospedado novamente

Mysig italiensk lägenhet nära badstrand och mysig stadskärna.

Lägenhet med bra placering nära både tågstation och centrum. Linbanan gick utanför fönstret och du kunde snabbt gå ner till en underbar badstrand. Lägenhet var tillräckligt stor för en familj på 5 och hade underbar AC.

Att man inte kunde källsortera i lägenheten, men behövde göra det på sopstationen. Saknade också papperskorg i badrummet. Barnen klagade över dåligt Wifi.

Хорошая квартира для отпуска в Рапалло

Чистая, приятная квартира в Рапалло. Был кондиционер в каждой комнате. Хорошо оборудованная кухня, были даже бумажные полотенца. Есть лифт, но он для одного человека, поэтому каждое утро кто-то будет спускаться по лестнице :)

Плохая вентиляция в ванной комнате и очень-очень медленный интернет.

TUTTO SUPER: appartamento situato al 4 piano con ascensore, pulitissimo e super accessoriato, anche con piccoli elettrodomestici, e con alcuni alimenti base per cucinare (olio sale, zucchero ecc.) a disposizione. Soggiorno grande con cucina a vista e dotato di terrazza attrezzata. Dispone di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Bagno con doccia doppia. Posto auto riservato, molto apprezzato. Camera e letti molto confortevoli. Gli ambienti sono tutti climatizzati. Nonostante i tanti palazzi circostanti, la zona è molto tranquilla e con 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro ed alle spiagge.
