About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Oasis El Terreno, an oasis of elegance, comfort and tranquillity in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. This beautiful holiday rental villa offers the perfect balance between privacy and proximity to the city centre, making it an ideal option for enjoying Palma with all the amenities. Tourism licence number: ETV/7376.
The villa features a fantastic private swimming pool of 3.50 m x 7.50 m, situated on a spacious and sunny terrace of over 100 m². The outdoor area has comfortable sun loungers, relaxation spaces, an outdoor dining area and various corners where you can enjoy Mallorca's magnificent climate.
On the upper floor you will also find a large solarium with panoramic views over Palma and the sea, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or enjoying outdoor activities.
We have recently added a small fitness studio in the room next to this upper terrace. The space is equipped with training mats, weights and a state-of-the-art exercise bike, ideal for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. Thanks to the ample space available on the solarium, the terrace is also perfect for practising yoga, stretching or other outdoor sports activities whilst enjoying the views over the city and sea.
The interior of Villa Oasis El Terreno has approximately 200 m² and combines spaciousness, comfort and careful Mediterranean style. It has 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort to all guests.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches or dinners during your stay. The property also has air conditioning and heating via heat pump systems in all bedrooms.
Villa Oasis El Terreno also has extensive private parking within the property itself. The garage can accommodate two medium-sized cars or one larger vehicle, such as a large SUV or a van.
Its location is another of the great attractions of Villa Oasis El Terreno. It is approximately 15 minutes' drive from the airport, only 5 minutes' walk from the Paseo Marítimo and Palma port, and about 10 minutes' walk from Bellver Castle Park. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants, whilst the main beaches of Palma and its surroundings are about 10 minutes' drive away.
Cots and high chairs for babies are available upon request and for an additional charge.
This property is situated in a quiet residential area. For this reason, only families or groups of responsible people who wish to enjoy a peaceful and respectful stay are accepted. Groups of young people will not be accepted.
Check-in from 20:00 will incur a supplement of €50. From 22:00, the supplement will be €100, and for arrivals after midnight (00:00), €150. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival.
House rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside Villa Oasis El Terreno. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, always using an ashtray and avoiding leaving cigarette butts on the ground.
- Use of the fireplace during the stay is not permitted.
- Please maintain the order and cleanliness of Villa Oasis El Terreno throughout your stay.
- Guests must take responsibility for waste generated during their stay. Please separate waste correctly and dispose of it in the appropriate bins.
- Use the air conditioning and heating responsibly. Turn them off when you are not in the property or when they are not needed, and keep doors and windows closed whilst they are operating.
- Parties and events are not permitted at Villa Oasis El Terreno. Occasional visits should be kept to a minimum and must respect the house rules and the peace and quiet of the neighbours at all times.

The villa was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space and the rooftop patio was great for sunrises and sunsets. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen issue with the heat/hot water. The rental company offered other places on the island but we wanted to stay close to the marina. They were great about refunding the difference nad very responsive.

Our family of three had a great stay at the villa. Location is great: neighborhood is quiet, separate from the bustling city center of Palma (the loudest sounds we heard were birds chirping); but you can still walk into town in about 20-25 minutes. There are a few nearby grocery stores with all the essentials and some good restaurants nearby too (highly recommend La Pergola). Villa itself feels huge, with a ton of space inside and patios in front, in back, and up top. And the pool is great on warm days for relaxing and cooling off. Highly recommended for a family or even two families with kids.

The villa had so much space both inside and out ,great for a group of friends
Lots of terraces fir shade and sun
Pool looked inviting ( didn't use it it as it was end of November /early December)
Well equipped in the kitchen with crockery ,glasses,mugs enough for eight people
A cupboard full of condiments and cleaning products

The villa had good heating system ,we used it as it was chilli ( end November)

Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen. Dort waren wir insgesamt 7 Personen. Der Check - In lief unkompliziert ab , auch die Kommunikation ist lobenswert. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Bis zur Kathedrale sind es 40 min zu Fuß und ein Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen sind es circa 20 Minuten. Hier findet sich wirklich viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Es gab so viele Terrassen und schöne Plätze, dass man gar nicht wusste, wo man zu erst relaxen soll.
