The entire home is modern and in great condition. Quiet neighborhood with grocery store, 7-11 and 2 train stops near by. It was very hot and humid during our stay so the Independent air conditioning unit in each bedroom and the living room was very much appreciated.

The only suggestion I have is to put a luggage rack in each bedroom. I have worked in hotels for over 15 years and when guests don’t have somewhere to place their suitcase they sometimes damage a wall or table when they place luggage on top of it. Not a big issue, excellent property. I would definitely stay again.

The house was nice and cozy, with a sleek modern design that was very clean and inviting. Transportation was very convenient with 2 stations nearby, allowing access to the Nankai Line straight to KIX. I loved the 7-11 that is only 5 mins away and a local supermarket just 2 mins away (there is also a Family Mart & Lawson right outside one of the nearby train stations). The large TV was a fantastic bonus with YouTube and Netflix available. The staff was also incredibly responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
