Location was nice
Bathrooms were tight but it was ok

It's a great spot, not too far from the train lines. With many different train options, depending on where you are going. As 4 people, we found there was plenty of space, as we each could have our own bedroom. We were also able to wash our clothes; and the there were convenience stores nearby.
It's not the most exciting neighbourhood, so if you wanted to be closer to the action, you might want something near the river. But overall it was an excellent place to stay.

Good facilities! The apartment has a karaoke room with projector. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Very big house for Japanese standards (5 bedrooms with big double beds), it was actually two houses connected together. Two bathrooms was a nice addition. There is a bus stop very near the house. Pretty calm neighbourhood.
Location is pretty remote, needs at least 7 minutes walking to reach the station in order to go to some locations like Namba or Umeda. There was quite a few flies inside of the apartment.

寝具が清潔でした。
風呂のカーテンがカビていた。また、2階のクーラーの室外機が壊れていて、一定時間になると，大きな音が聞こえびっくりした。
