The staff here are incredible! They went above and beyond to help me print visa documents, ensuring our trip to Montenegro went smoothly. From lending us umbrellas to arranging taxis twice, they handled every request with care. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommended for their professional and warm service!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Carpe Diem Hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to mention Saad and Narmeen, who were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The female staff were also very sweet with my little daughter, treating her with so much love and affection.
What impressed me most was not only the comfort and quality of the hotel, but the genuine humanity and ethical way of dealing with guests. This level of respect and kindness is priceless, and it left a lasting impression on me.
Highly recommended, and I would love to return again!
