Fabulous flat with wonderful views. Really clean and spacious and so well equipped. Only 10 mins walk into town. Other people have complained about the driveway but I found it ok. It is a bit steep but I managed to park fine. Good value for money!
Only 10 mins into Salcombe which was fab but the flat is located up a big hill which gives you incredible views but is a bit of a trek back up.

Very clean and comfortable, beautiful views. Everything you need for a holiday. 2 toilets. 1 bathroom 1 shower room which is so useful for a larger party. Good location, about 500m from the sea front, although it is very hilly.
It is a maisonette, so it is quite noisy if there are people in the downstairs property, and I felt I had to keep our family quiet too. The drive is very very steep. I can see now from previous comments that some guests actually used the car park in town because of this.
