Beach on your doorstep, wonderful to be able to walk out your door and be on the beach within 10 seconds.
If visiting in winter...the house gets a lot of shade & is pretty cold. Not too much sun due to the trees at the back of the house. Not complaining as the sea view trumps it all.

Clean, no-frills, value for money property on beach with great location and view
Braai area gets bit dusty/sandy when wind blowing and can maybe do with upgrade in future but still functional
