Only thing we could really complain about is not the fault of the apartment but noise from the cafe below did wake us early most mornings but didn’t spoil our stay

Bed! Too large and poor fitting bedding. Limited television channels.

The bed was very comfortable but was too tight against the wall at my side to be able to get out easily due to the bed being king sized when a comfortable DOUBLE sized bed would have been more practical.

The apartment is excellent, very clean, nice large terrace where you can relax in the sun. Beach right outside and all the restaurants and bars are on your doorstep. First time in Lanzerotte and it’s a relaxing place that’s much quieter and peaceful than anywhere I’ve been in the canaries. Check in was so easy, easy place to find and we were in within a minute of arriving which is always nice.

I’d read reviews before I booked about the noise and thought it can’t be so bad. And not all reviews even mention it so I thought I’d give it a go. The noise is quite bad, and it will keep you up at night and it will wake you up at 05:30 in the morning. It’s not from people partying or anything like that, it sounds like someone is continually dragging a table around the floor and occasionally dropping a large heavy object on the ground every minute or two that thuds through the building. There’s also a loud squeal every time the water is used. Now I appreciate there’s a business downstairs but I’m sure something could be improved, or at least try. Get a plumber to look at the water system. And maybe try putting something on the legs of the chairs and tables so they don’t make such a loud dragging noise, I don’t know but worth trying something. I think if you brought the cafe owners up to the apartment to listen to how loud it is in the morning they would be surprised and might try to do something. But if that sort of thing does not bother you go for it, because the apartment is very nice and well located.
