Excellent location on the beachfront. Bathrooms in need of repair.

1. The location is perfect. Literally about 90 steps to our designated umbrellas on the beach. Beautiful sea views from all of the rooms in the house, especially during sunset. 2. Wifi was excellent. TV was working okay. 3. Dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, sandwitch press, 3 AC units upstairs, all were working well. 4. The house is large, so there is lots of room for everyone. 5. Owner and staff are very friendly. 6. The house looks like a museum. It's cool and has character, but with 3 small kids, we were always nervous about them not breaking anything. The wooden stairs are kinda squeaky and loud when climbing up and downstairs. But this did not bother us. 7. The beach was basically our own! For a couple of days there were literally nobody on the beach but us, which feels like you have your own private beach. And even in during the "busiest" times, there were maybe 10 people on a 200-meter stretch. We all appreciated that very much.

1. Bathrooms are in desperate need of repairs. There are 3 bathrooms in the house - two upstairs, and one small one downstairs. In one of the bathrooms upstairs, you could not use the sink without the floor filling with water from the plugged water drain in the bathroom floor. After taking a shower in the bathtub there, the bathroom floor turns into a small lake, full of the bathwater from the shower. 2. The bathroom downstairs smells bad, and the drain is also blocked. 3. All of the bathroom appliances are old and rusty, in need of replacement. The towel hanger upstairs is broken. 4. The property has a bit of an old-house smell. You do get used to it after a while though. Kitchen furniture and appliances are old. 5. This is not the fault of the property owner, but we've had at least 3-4 nights of loud parties going on, which made it difficult to sleep. Twice it was from of the neighbors from the surrounding complex. And another few times it was from various groups partying on the beach until 2-3 in the morning. 6. Again, not the fault of the property owner, but our car was parked in the scorching sun during the entire time we were there. There is no shade in the parking spot at all. 7. The beach is nice, but there are lots of algae on the bottom of the sea. It was not a problem for us, but if that is an issue for you, make sure to pack a pair of sea shoes.

Perfect location and perfect beach

The location is perfect, it's a first-line villa, and you can see the beach and the sea from the whole house. The terrace and the yard are perfect to spend time. The beach is very calm, there are sunbeds and an umbrella, it's almost like a private beach, and it's just a few steps from the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. A store and restaurants are nearby in the village and on the main road (1km away). The estate is in a closed, calm complex with a lot of greenery. The common room is super spacious and it's perfect for more people. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The main bedroom is lovely and the balcony on the second floor is a dream come true. A pleasant surprise was the washing machine. Overall we had a very nice stay and the beach was the best thing and how close it was.

The bathrooms could use a renovation, one of the bedrooms was with bunk beds, which we didn't expect, and one of the bathrooms is on the first floor and is actually a toilet with a tiny shower, it's impossible the have a shower there. The heater takes some time to warm up, so you need to plan your showers if you're more people and get back from the beach at the same time. When we arrived the villa was clean, but like 3-4 days in some roaches appeared we think probably from the outside, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The villa is not located exactly where the pin in google maps is, so you can get a bit confused if you follow only the GPS,

The building is old, there is mold inside the house, as well as an ugly smell, typical of an old building.

The view is amazing. The villa has two huge balconies with sea view, even a barbeque .The beach is very close and it has sun beds and umbrellas reserved. When we arrived the host waited for us with Greek delights, two bottles of wine and cold water.The car can be parked safely right in front of the house.

The villa needs renovation, everything is really old and has an unpleasant smell. The villa is dirty and we recomand to change the cleaning services. There are spiders in the house and in the master bedroom there is another guest and every night it walks on the walls, we talk about a lizard that was there from our very first night. The bathrooms are a disaster, they need a total renovation, there is no shower in the house and the ventilation is done through a big hole in the wall with no insect nets. The villa is located in a Greek complex of villas where lots of children come to spend their holidays and they are very noisy in the night, they gather in front of the villa and shout until 1 am in the morning.

nimic nu mi-placut,intradevar vila la malul marii,dar plaja foarte murdara,nisip plin de spini,șezlonguri uzate si rupte,plus la toate intr-o zi si lumina s-a deconectat

pozele nu corespund realitatii,vila interior foaaarte veche si cu un miros insuportabil,plus la toate si șopîrle mergeau pe pereti interiori,a fost o vacanta de coșmar
