Location, great support from person who is managing this appartment
Aircondition cowers only half of flat so 2nd room was extremally warm. Price - was too expensive.

A very nice apartment, comfortable for 5 people. Affordable price for an early August stay. Well organized space, with a decently equipped kitchen. Has an AC, a small freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Friendly owners, always available if needed. Not too far away from the city center.
It's quite a long walk if you want to go to the beach on foot. Got only one door key which is not enough for 5 people sharing the apartment.
